One is saying Americans are asshats because of who they voted for, the other is not. Second, the idea that the French deserve what they get because of who they vote for is **not** ridiculous. When you legitimately and lawfully elect a certain, the legal consequences of those actions rightly and fairly fall upon you as well. ---
