# Fried Chicken Recipes?

I’m going to have to try some of these techniques; my mom’s version adds parmesan cheese to the bread crumbs of the second dipping but I always burn mine so I’ll have to experement some more.

Thanks for all the advice (even if I didn’t post the OP.)
