# Friend charged with friend's drunk driving.

I think the prosecuting attorneys should ask Powell to change his name.

The fact that both “Powell” and “Pangle” start with a P has caused me all sorts of confusion keeping track of who’s who while reading this thread. 😛

General rule of criminal prosecution. If the police have screwed up and someone is hurt as a result, charge the first civillian available. IAAL.
