I’ve read but can’t recall the exact thread in which a member here had a friend request from a Mod and seemed to be dumbfounded and maybe gobsmacked. What may become those who receive such requests? One of the mods (Idle Thoughts?) has posted that he has made friend requests of a number of regular posters for a reason that I don’t remember. So if all this is as I remember, it’s no big deal either way. ---

You may recall the commotion when **Idle Thoughts** discovered that my friends all come to my place for my birthday celebration each year. IIRC we arranged a ride share with **BigT**. He initially tried to beg off, but I told him that if **James Otto Sweet Heart** was coming (she’d been banned by then) then he had no excuse. ---
