# Friends then Lovers (then Friends?)

**Yeeter** , I didn’t see your reply before I posted, but I totally get it. I just ended a ten year relationship, which means that not only do I have all the attendant romantic issues, but I’m going through them without the person who’s been my best friend for most of my adult life.

Thing is, in my experience, you can’t get over someone without getting away from them. How can you stop thinking about someone who’s _right there_?
