A friend of mine went through a ritual similar to that when he was rushing for the Phi Delta Theta chapter at Husker U. Not only were they deprived of sleep for a week, they couldn’t shower or change clothes and were forced to endure a spicy bean mixture (called “Mom’s Rules”) poured down the front of their pants. At the end of the week, they were led, blindfolded, downstairs outside the common room where they heard a goat bleating. They were told they were going to have sex with the goat and were led, one-by-one, into the common room where each guy was instructed to take off his blindfold. There was a goat. But there were also strippers. (The goat sex would’ve been funnier.) ---
