I guess this type of incident helps explain the lifelong friendships formed in the fraternity system. If you’re part of a group of guys that rapes a goat - that’s not a bond you’re going to forget. ---

OK, in all seriousness, I am with you. I think that anyone who subjects his or her person to abuse would do well to re-think things. I’m not dissing fraternities or soroties, but I just don’t get it either. I will say that not ALL of them require idiotic initiations, and are more like a “home away from home.” With emotional and study support. Unfortunately, I have never experienced these, it is purely second and third hand info. ---

More disturbing than what they tell is the lack of goat sized condoms in the house. Did they expect the goat to go unprotected during all of this? Talk about animal cruelty. ---
