# Frozen cut leaf spinach is great addition to many tomato based Italian dishes

Bags of loose (not the bricks) frozen cut leaf spinach area great addition to many tomato based Italian dishes. For whatever reason the leaf spinach really works well in tomato sauces based dishes esp. those with cheese. Just sprinkle a handful or two of spinach into your tomato sauces or leftover spaghetti sauces as a stand alone dish or with pasta.
