So what exactly is frozen yogurt? I was buying some smoothie making supplies and I have a feeling it isn’t just a very cold version of your every day yogurt. Other than that missing ingredient the smoothies came out decent. I used pineapples, pineapple juice, pineapple sherbert, blackberries and blackberry yogurt. The berries were a bit sour but I think it should come out real good if I substitute them with blueberries.

I like to use frozen fruit in my smoothies instead of ice cubes. I’ve never looked at the ingredients on frozen yogurt so I can’t answer that. Back to the fruit, either buy bags of frozen fruit or freeze your own fresh fruit to use for smoothies, especially you can slice up bananas and freeze them, saves them from spoiling. You can also freeze berries whole to throw in.
