I have a subscription to a newspaper, the St Louis Post Dispatch, the Atlantic Monthly, and I can read the New Yorker through Hoopla, library app, as well as look at the New York Times and WSJ (at library). I know what you mean, I grew up reading magazines and newspapers, and it often feels surreal reading stuff on a screen. I question the validity of the articles. The screen seems too mesmerizing. But I know it is just my imagination playing tricks on me! Just call me old. To keep on topic, a friend of mine (an American conservative, never Trumper, evangelical Christian, voted for Hilary and Kamala and Biden) likes Al Jazeera (online). I have read it a few times, and if you want Mideast news, it seems the one to read. ---

A few years ago, I opened up one that was filled with this paper. Just the most obvious propaganda. Gack. I read about 5 pages, threw it out.
