I have seen some extended interviews of Biden. He is very smart. He tends toward malapropisms ,but he is still very smart. Bush was a joke. he could not defend his positions. He was an embarrassment . A spoiled rich kid who always got what he wanted in spite of his lack of talent and intelligence. ---
