At first I was all pissed off at the idiot protesters who weren’t smart enough to leave well enough alone. But now I see Letterman proved he’s the biggest dick of all by making more jokes about Palin. What an ass. Nice of you to miss your chance at showing the smallest bit of class. All you had to do was stop responding. Instead you have to prove that your apology was insincere and you get prove that you have the platform to get in the last word. ---

No, it was Palin who has dragged this on and on and won’t let go. Rather than try to gain sympathy from this bullshit she needs to go read a book and come back when she has something intelligent to say. ---

Clearly the solution to this issue is to lock Letterman and Palin in a room together to sort out their differences. And then forget about them. At least until the smell becomes unbearable. ---

There’s no reason to expect Letterman will quit making Palin the butt of his jokes. I would expect the opposite, she’s made herself more of a target with her manufactured outrage. She’s getting what she wants: people talking about her. ---
