Just Dixie. I actually came up with the idea of cutting up an old, cheap fooball, painting it gray and working with that. But she need the little mask.

Just yesterday, tried to pay a bill for water with city of Sacramento online. After trying for 15 FULL FUCKING MINUTES to click all the boxes that showed whatever the fuck they were looking for…I gave up.
I wish pain to whoever invented it and whoever made the decision to use it.

I’m not a fan of captcha either.
But why does the city of Sacramemto need it at all? Do they have problems with people fraudulently paying other people’s water bills?
Hacking into accounts to view municiple rates?
What nefarious activities can an evil hacker get up to?
