I sympathize with that line of thinking, but consider: they don’t care about what’s \*true. But more than that, they need to be humiliated. Because that’s what they really care about. They build up personas of themselves as hyper-masculine defenders of the Christian Nation from the transgender islamofascist immigrants trying dilute the Purity Of Essence of our fluids. Plus, the more time men like Mullin have to defend against childish/petty attacks on their masculinity, the less time they have to be spewing vitriol and hatred at already marginalized groups of people. Even if it’s only a second, it’s not nothing. \*Plus, fundamentally, I do believe Mullin and his fellow fascists are cowards. Even if not physically, then morally. ---
