It wouldn’t surprise me, but he’d have to go far to match Trump’s Covid response. That alone makes him the bigger single killer of Americans unless you pin every Civil War casualty from both sides on Lincoln. ---

Junior already [cut mRNA vaccine research](https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/c74dzdddvmjo) way back. In addition to vaccines against infectious diseases being sabotaged, viewing mRNA vaccines as the Great Bogeyman should help torpedo U.S. research into [mRNA cancer vaccines](https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/39798545/). It seems that our health establishment is actively trying to kill us. One hopes that other countries will pick up some of the slack, as the U.S. falls further toward becoming a second or third-rate power in science and medicine. In the next year or so, expect a push by RFK Jr. to kill off the federal vaccine court and re-institute unlimited liability in state courts for vaccine makers, hoping that unrestrained lawsuits will force drug companies to stop making vaccines altogether. Attorneys general in places like Texas and Florida are probably salivating at the possibility of launching giant lawsuits of their own. MAHA, baby. ---

The thing that gets me about Trump’s covid response is that he didn’t even need to go off-brand. He could have marketed his own line of MAGA masks and told his followers it was patriotic to wear them and charged $20 a piece for them, or whatever, and it would have been disgusting, but he would have saved millions of lives by it. ---

None of them believed a word of it (and they all made sure their families were vaccinated) but they brought the crazies on board knowing this would be the result, and it would kill massive numbers of Americans (hell, it already kill 100s of thousands of Trump voters before the end of Trump’s first term) Seriously fuck every last one of them. ---

Hell I don’t even think it won them that many votes. I’ve not seen any analysis of it but I don’t think bringing in RFK jnr and co-opting the antivax craziness was the deciding factor in the 2024 election. It definitely has to be the most Americans killed per vote won 😠
