I can understand someone being ideological enough to approve of Republican obstruction. But what is amazing, is a functional adult being so utterly inept at processing information that they think the Democrats are destroying their own legislation.
There goes my hope that Reid and the Teahadists had a secret agreement somehow limiting the use of filibusters.

If the Teahadists gain a Senate majority in 2014, does anyone doubt, their first order of business will be to eliminate the filibuster?
Looks like Hagel (Defense), Lew (Treasury), Brennan (CIA), and Cordray (CFPB) will be all filibustered, plus some Republicans are starting to make noises that 60 votes will be needed for ANY nominees and that certain positions (CFPB, ATF, Federal Reserve) will not be filled no matter who is nominated.
Using the filibuster on Cordray will effectively kill the Consumer Protection agency, as by law it can’t operate without a director. This will allow the banks, credit card companies and lobbyists to continue to operate with impunity, filling the pockets of our corrupt legislators and their wealthy donors.
America! Fucked, yeah!
I have seen a lot of stupid arguments on the internets in my day, but I’ve never seen someone seriously claim, “If you can’t cold read exactly what ideology drives me to say a bizarre myriad of stupid things, I win!” before.
