It must be ten years since my battle royale with them, in which it took fourteen months to close a card account - with absolutely no credit, balance, payment or other issues involved. I just had to jump through hoop after hoop to get them to simply close a zero-balance, unused account, and they fought me every step of the way.
And proved they were the bastard child of Satan and a stupid cow the whole way.
