I have dry skin and I haven’t found anything that moisturizes my face as well as brown shoe polish. Do you think this will cause any problems when I’m walking around Compton this Saturday night? ---

Are threads routinely locked because of “stupid” questions? Also, I see that \*\*VCO3 \*\* has been around for a while. Has he deliberately created problems in the past? ---

[/QUOTE] For the first question, not really For the second, yes, yes he has. See **Bryan Ecker’s** \* post at #185 in this thread for an idea. He tends to go in cycles. He had to take an involuntary leave of absence not to long ago. When he came back he behaved himself for a while, but it looks like he might be beginning to slide again. It’ll start with a ridiculous OP in General Questions or Cafe Society, a mod will lock it, and **VCO3** will start a pit thread why it got locked. I feel bad for VCO3… especially since I try to take him at least somewhat seriously. I simply can’t understand what it is about him that he can’t seem to see patterns and adjust accordingly. We are _obviously_ not accusing him of ACTUALLY building a hoax bomb, and repeatedly pointing out that, especially these days, the mere APPEARANCE of anything RESEMBLING a bomb is enough for a squad of cops to tackle you on sight, if not worse. It was NEVER ok, pre or post 9/11, to carry anything that resembled a bomb or even make joking threats about bombs in an airport. The more and more he continues to refuse obvious logic and easy to understand patterns, the more I’m inclined to stop viewing him as a misguided but potentially educatable (that’s not a word, is it…) poster and more as an intentional troll. _shrug_. On that note, however, it does seem like a lot of people sit around specifically for an opportunity to jump VCO3, but then, if he’s a troll, I guess that’d be ok (except if you abide by DNFTT). ---
