Fuck you Dealership, I bought a Toyota, not a "Dealership" Toyota.

Well, if it helps I’ll second you seconding yourself. They are cheap an do a great job of simple diagnostics. My son’s friend had one and then my son got one. It cost him a couple of bucks more to download the smartphone app.

More fun is we can now see all of the performance data from his phone while I’m driving. Things like torque, HP, max revs, 0-60 times, etc. All of course done in very safe and legal conditions.

I hate that cars are programmed to have the engine light turn on if the gas cap isn’t turned 3 times after re-fueling. I don’t believe that’s what Anthony did, just sayin’…

Yes, I know this is an old thread.

It’s not just for lulz. The gas cap is actually pretty important.

The latest Corvettes reportedly have no gas caps but rather some sort of self-sealing system.

Same with the 2013 Ford Explorer I am driving for work (and a few other Ford products I have rented recently). No gas cap, just the gas door and a self sealing filler.

All dealers of a car manufacturer should honor a warranty issue, then get reimbursed by the manufacturer. All Douche dealer did was not only drive away a potential future customer, but damage their brand.

I only buy new because of a car allowance program, and have dealt with Ford, Chevy, Mazda and Toyota dealerships the past 15 years. Of the four, the Ford, Cevy and Mazda sales reps bent over backwards to get the sale; the Toyota sales reps seemed like arrogant and unhelpful douches. Im wondering if that attitude is company wide, including their service departments.
