I just think that when Disney makes a movie it will all be about marketing to worldwide audiences and selling junk on the side. Plus the whole PC side - a hero will have to be female, the bad guys will have to be white males, at least one character will have to be gay, and all the animals will have to be cute (no more Rancor beasts). I’m sure they will have to fit in global warming somehow. Oh and to sell more junk, as many different characters and vehicles as possible. Finally they will toss in some EU stuff just to please the fan base. ---

There are multiple Star Wars universes. Just as there are multiple Batman universes, X-Men universes, Lord of the Rings universes (books and movies, including the cartoon movies), Game of Thrones universes, Star Trek universes, etc. Just like there are multiple King Arthur universes, William Wallace universes, 300 Spartans at the Hot Gates universes, and Helen of Troy universes. In my opinion, once you see various fictional canons as parts of different parallel universes, it becomes much easier to enjoy the stories without worrying about whether something is perfectly true to the source material. They all can be ‘true’. So in one parallel universe, Han and Leia get married and have children and one of the kids turns evil (or whatever happens in the books), and in another, whatever Disney has planned happens. So they’re both right, and they both can be enjoyed. It’s the multiverse, baby. ---

Avengers: not scientists worked on him, no black sidekick, all of the good guys were white me except one, bad guys were aliens. I haven’t seen CA 2. ---
