Randy Moss is a football god. It is not like he really mooned the crowd. Is it possible that the reason Randy gets shit in by everyone (and Favre is the second coming) is because Randy is proud black man who refuses to be subject to be the white man’s football ethics? I swear if Favre tried to walk on water and failed it would be the water’s fault. Of course when Randy has a great game, people have to find a way to destroy it. Randy, rock on with your bad self. And in the lip read words of Randy - “Look at the mother fucking score.” ---

If being “proud” means being a classless fuck who is tasteless for tastelesness’s sake, if being “proud” means being reactionary about nothing, if being “proud” means proclaiming that one dogs it when one feels like it, then sure, Randy’s “proud.” Randy’s a great football player. That’s all. ---

White expressed regret on dozens of occanions after the fact, pretty much admitting that he used the most ignorant way possible to express his ideas. He is on record as saying it was wrong and he wished he’d never said it. Plus, he’s dead now. Let it go. Moss is militant in his ignorance. He proclaims it proudly. He’s unrepentantly STUPID. If you want a hero, look elsewhere. If oyu want attention (whihc you undoubtedly do), extolling the virtues of Mr. Moss is one way to get it. Oh, and please explain the whole “white man’s football ethics” thing. I’d love to hear this. ---

Is it really that horrible to pantomome that you’re mooning somebody? What the fuck is the big fucking deal? I do think that the media seems like it’s quicker to start questioning the “character” of a black athlete than a white one. It may be subconscious but I think it’s real. ---

I remember Steve Durbano of the Saint Louis Blues did the exact same thing and got a suspension. That was back in the seventies - it took a lot to get suspended back then. ---

Proud black man, huh? There’s what, 1,200 other black men in the league. Must be only a handful of them are proud, because most just do their fucking job and walk off the field. It’s a shame when one defines the standards of behavior of a whole gender and racial group using one extreme example. I thought it was classless and stupid, and basically on par with giving the crowd the finger. I also thought Joe Buck overreacted dramatically to it. I am not surprised or overly bothered, but I will say this: Keep him. We wouldn’t put up with that shit here in Pittsburgh, and we damn sure wouldn’t be defending it. Give me a Hines Ward over a Randy Moss any day of the week, and twice on Sunday. ---

It’s been said by numerous ahtletes, both black and white and he should take the advice, “Act like you’ve been in the endzone before”. His antics are something a 12 year old would do on the playground. Zero class. Wouldn’t it be nice, **Dio** , if you could have a Great Athlete with Great Character? Or could you care less.
