It doesn’t seem fair to single out Sen. Gregg for “delaying the stimulus.” Or did Bill Richardson’s crack at Commerce Secretary slip down the spin-hole? Just think where we’d be if he’d been ready to go on January 4 instead of [withdrawing under investigation](http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/28493919/). A whole 5 weeks of stimulus. Hmmmm. ---

Richardson’s withdrawal prior to Obama – oh, excuse me, Hussein – taking office, had not one lick of impact on the timing of the stimulus package. ---
