Honest question: when you promote yourself for a job like this, how on earth does it take you until after the “announced the nomination and selected a replacement Senator for your state” phase to realize that you’ll be promoting more of his policies and less of your own? (Also, given that he voted to eliminate the Commerce Department, why did he want the job in the first place?) ---
