I don’t see a mistake in my post. It means exactly what I intended it to mean. “Dick” is not primarily used in a sexist manner–it’s just a more intensive version of “ashshole.” But “bitch” usually is. It’s used of women, or to imply that a man is acting like a (negative stereotype of a) woman. It’s also reclaimed by some women as a word of empowerment, but it could only be reclaimed because it was sexist in the first place. If “dick” were its equivalent, then I would expect men to have reclaimed that word, too. And, yeah, I am aware that “cunt” has a different meaning in other countries. That’s exactly what makes discussing it more complicated (hence not wanting to go back and change my whole post to cover that complication), and why I specifically limited my post to the US. So I don’t disagree with the rest of your post at all. ---
