“They” don’t have channels. You create them. The name is on there because someone searched for that artist and decided to create a channel seeded with her music. The proper way to use Pandora is to create a channel, ideally rename it, and then fine tune the channel by adding new artists/songs, giving thumbs up or down, etc. All this makes things more specific, so that your punk rock channel doesn’t play Journey, even if you happen to like them, they’re played somewhere else. Isn’t that common knowledge? I am imagining a longer OP in my head, narrated by Quentin Tarantino from Pulp Fiction for some reason (sub dicks for dorks). ---

Don’t you get it? The more people getting their music online via pandora, the fewer that are ordering albums from Columbia House, which are delivered by the USPS! Pandora is putting these fine folks out of work! Dicks:eek: indeed! ---

Nonsense. It’s taken awhile, but my H.R. Punknstuff channel has reached the point where I can listen for hours without having to skip a tune (well, mostly…sometimes they think I’m a little more into the Yellowcard/My Chemical Romance/Jimmy Eat World genre than I’d like…) ---

I know this thread has gotten a little silly but I have to say to the OP: Go fuck a cactus. I’m tired of people bitching about not getting enough free shit tailored the their exact specific needs. I’m not even going to label it as a FWP. It’s just a bunch of ungrateful, entitled assholes. Pandora is a great product. Fantastic, even, for the price. Don’t like it? Dust off your LPs and make a mix tape. ---

To be fair, you don’t just come up with an OP like that in a day. He’s probably been working on it for years, fine-tuning the wording, running different drafts past various focus groups, etc. for the past decade. I think we can all agree it was time well spent. ---
