Actually there were several of Heinlein’s works that differed in several formats. My reader’s companion (indispensible, IMHO) doesn’t list any for Sixth Column, though. I do know that my Galaxy copies that contain ‘Starship Soldier’ differ from the text in some ways from ‘Starship Troopers’. Fenris, I really just got lucky one day. I know I have to take a back seat to your collection. I just throw money at mine, you seem a devotee. I salute you! ---

And I’ll be helpful here. Heinlein fans…go buy this: [http://www.nitrosyncretic.com/item-rarc.html](http://www.nitrosyncretic.com/item-rarc.html) It’s the essential annotated Heinlein bibliography. Well done. Warning, I ordered from Amazon and it took MONTHS (how’s that, Fenris) to arrive because the publisher doesn’t have a working agreement with Amazon. The link above is straight to the publisher. ---

**Jonathan** : A) Kidding aside, I am pretty jealous! B) You’re right about **The Reader’s Companion** And that sentence in my previous post should read: I’d **read** that there were text differences. And where are my **Pratchett books** dammit? ---

I had a package ready to ship to London on September 10, 2001. I was going to go the post office on my day off–Wednesday, September 12, 2001. I finally mailed it Wednesday, September 19, 2001. It got there January 23, 2002. ---
