I thought nothing was as tacky as that Photoshop’ed image of the teary-eyed eagle, but this definitely qualifies.

And it looks cheap, too.

Yeah, but if someone didn’t find a cheap, tacky, tasteless, offensive way to make a buck off a national tragedy, well, dammit, it just wouldn’t be America, would it?
