So I’m curious: does anyone know how dangerous gluten is for someone with celiac sprue? It’s not an allergy, so my naive assumption is that a tiny quantity wouldn’t be problematic - is there grounds to say that a low-gluten host would actually harm the girl? Or the gluten present in the wine in the shared chalice?
