[/QUOTE] No. The diagonal crosses - the red cross (St. Patrick’s) on top of the white cross (St. Andrew’s) is not centered in the white cross - so one part of the white showing is narrower than the other. The wider part of the St, Andrew’s cross should be on top beside the flag pole (top left quadrant). ---

Our scout leader nearly had an aneurism whenever it happened (he was very old). We used to try to get the flag as low as possible wihtout it touching to try to get a reaction 😃 ---
