If I regularly smear myself in Rogaine, will I grow wolfman-like hair? Also, given the amount of time and Rogaine this would take, would there be toxic effects? ---

No, and no. Rogaine only regrows hair on the scalp, not your palms etc. ---

Palm hair comes from something else … and you don’t need medication to get it either. ---

Bathing in it looks to be a very not smart thing to do. It’s important to keep in mind that minoxidil [the active ingredient in Rogaine™] was initally and primarily developed as a antihypertensive [marketed as Loniten™]. The hair growth was just an observed side effect. Without going into all the specific medical risks (there are quite a few), I’d call it unwise to bathe in heart medication. ---
