That’s interesting; I have no professional designation, I just usually work as an accounting clerk, but the same confidentiality applies to everyone in accounting, as far as I know - you’re always privy to confidential information in accounting, and are expected to conduct yourself accordingly.

Yep, but they don’t believe its realistic that you won’t engage in bedroom talk with your spouse. Or won’t be tempted by a conflict of interest if he could get a bonus if you lost a bid - or vice versa.

Do not tell them until an offer is on the table. If you tell them any sooner you greatly diminish your odds of getting hired.

IOW, you don’t tell a suitor about an STD when you meet him… but you do tell him before you get in bed. :slight_smile:
