I like the german ones about Turm of Worms, which is a water tower. And they say shit and shoot almost alike.

What does pajero mean? Babelfish couldn’t translate it for me.

I installed a piece of software from a Finnish company once, and at one point a random number generator is triggered (I forget why). This message was displayed:

“The window will disappear when enough randomness has been generated.”

I still have that Finnish koan on a PostIt on my desk.

Just the day before yesterday I unboxed a $4000 motor from Japan. A warning inside said I should “remove rust-ploof coating” to preserve the accuracy of the machined surfaces.

Bless them, though; their English is better than my Japanese, which is to say better than nothing.
