Although it has grown a bit in the intervening years, the town of Wink, Texas used to live up to its name. You’ve heard of towns that if you blink you’ll miss them? Well, Wink was all on one side of the highway. In addition to Wink there is also a Fink, Texas. I’ve always wondered: Why _ **Fink** _? Coudn’t they have called it Rat, Squealer, or Stool Pigeon?
