I remember many years ago, when I was working for the county data processing on welfare systems – a fellow worker and I were going to a meeting and saw a car with vanity plates **“ON WLFR”**. And it was a big, fancy car – a Cadillac or Lincoln type. We looked at each other and said ‘now there’s a car just asking to be pulled over by a cop’. ---
