In the past couple years I think I’ve seen each episode at least three times on Adult Swim. I suspect that whatever replaces it will be lousy, but I’ve grown a bit bored of the reruns. I think the Roswell episode is my favorite: “Oh, a lesson in not changing history from Mr. I’m-my-own-grandfather. Let’s get the hell out of here!” ---

Too many great Zapp lines. “Ah, she’s built like a steakhouse, but she handles like a bistro!” “You win again, gravity!” The pickup lines. The Shatner-esque karaoke. “What are you, gay?” And \*Bea Arthur \* as a guest voice? Lord have mercy, but that was awesome. ---

How can you forget “Death by Snoo-Snoo!”, “The spirit is willing but the flesh is weak” and Fry’s ambivalent series of double-takes when he finds out his fate? ---

Zap Brannigan kills me. That and Kifs reactions to his idiocy. It just doesn’t do him justice in writing. Their voices are what really sell the jokes to me. ALL GLORY TO THE HYPNO-TOAD! ---

I think my favorite episode is the one with the alternate universe in the box.
