He’s been charged with first degree murder, accused of shooting a woman to death. Robert Shapiro (of OJ Simpson infamy) is his defense lawyer. I think my Death Pool picks are working backwards, which figures considering my Doper name. ---

I read [here](http://www.msnbc.com/news/868150.asp?0sl=-11) that the victim was 40-year-old Lana Clarkson, an actress who appeared in a lot of cheapie films, including "1997 film “Another 9 1/2 Weeks,” as well as “Vice Girls” in 1996, “The Haunting of Morella” (1991), two 1989 films, “Wizards of the Lost Kingdom 2” and “Barbarian Queen 2: The Empress Strikes Back” and “Death Stalker” (1984). " She was also in FAST TIMES AT RIDGEMONT HIGH (1982). (I’m not shouting – I’m pasting.) IIRC, Roger Corman claimed that Xena was based on the Barbarian Queen movies.
