I kept trying to reset my password or log in using e-mail, and all the messages when into my junk folder. Took me a while to figure that out, so just an FYI. I’m using an [outlook.com](http://outlook.com) e-mail address.

I use Yahoo and the mail didn’t get marked as spam. I had no problems with it.

I use Yahoo and didn’t get an automatic user ID / Password email. I had to try to log in, have it say “Oh, do you want a password? We’ll send you a link.”

Reply-to-thread e-mails are also going into spam, so I added [discoursemail.com](http://discoursemail.com) to my safe senders list.
