I can’t find the answer to this anywhere. Except the SDMB? I compose a letter in Gmail, send it, and it shows up in my Trash folder, but not in Sent Mail. I have to take it out of the Trash and move it to my inbox in order for it to be Sent. There may be a setting I can change to fix this but I’ll be damned if I can find it. Anyone know this glitch? Any solutions out there? (Sorry to put such a trivial and personal question on this site. I know it’s designed for more significant issues.)

All i can guess is that maybe you have a filter for mail From: [youremail@gmail.com](mailto:youremail@gmail.com) that Moves messages to Trash?

I know there is an setting to Send & Archive, but the archive is not trash.
