I find that bee stings are much worse than wasp stings in the long run. I got stung in the ear by a bee last summer and it was lumpy and painful for about a week, and right when it happened I felt kind of sick for several hours. Wasp stings hurt a lot in the moment but the pain and swelling go away in under and hours.
