Since we’re having so much fun (we _are_ having fun aren’t we?) with the “Questions Only” and “Answers Only” threads, how about we make a game of it, ala Johnny Carson’s ‘Amazing Karnak.’ Someone posts an answer. The next poster supplies the question that the previous post is an answer for, then he must supply a new answer. Get it? Got it? Good. The first answer : Two dollars and forty seven cents. ---
