That was season 1, and yes those threads were so full of bitching it was almost unbearable. That’s why we need the draconian rules. ---

For what it’s worth, I like the TV show’s throne better. Martin’s is too… too. ---

I had ONE post in their threads, it was by accident, and it didn’t spoil anything at all. Several were complaining about the torture scenes, I agreed they were gratuitous and mentioned the author didn’t show the actual torture in his books. The Unsullied jumping on me as I dared to inadvertently mention the books as a side note caused far more derailing than the mention did. That’s why we no longed need the rule. Cause the jumping on people for disobeying the special rules cause more disruption that the actual problem. ---
