When I read posts like these in the non-spoiler thread: > [@Game of Thrones 2.10 "Valar Morghulis" 6/3/12 No Book Spoilers](https://boards.straightdope.com/t/game-of-thrones-2-10-valar-morghulis-6-3-12-no-book-spoilers/623987/141): > > Any main character. > > Dany or her manservant > Robb, Arya or Sansa > Lady Stark, and now Brienne > The cripple or his wildling nanny > Jamie or Cersei > Tyrion or Shae > Jon Snow, and now his girlfriend > The whoremonger and the eunach > The Hound or Bronn I just can’t help but think, “Just wait…just wait…” God, I know it’s evil of me, but I just cannot wait to see everyone’s reaction when The Red Wedding airs. I just hope HBO doesn’t fuck it up (all signs indicate that since Storm of Swords is two seasons, The Red Wedding will be either the last episode, or second-to-last of season 3. The book foreshadowed it a little too much…with Catelyn saying on the march there “make sure to ask for bread, salt, and wine so we’re guests and have guests’ rights!” and then her blurting out “Wine! We need bread, salt, and wine, My Lord!” when they arrived. Also, they should, under no circumstances, call that episode “The Red Wedding.” Waaaaaaay too much of a giveaway. --- _[View the full topic](https://boards.straightdope.com/t/game-of-thrones-season-2-open-spoilers-discussion-thread/617008)._
