One thing to look out for, make sure any off-brand Gamecube controller says it is compatible with the Wii. The controller link you had says it is compatible, and by now they probably all are, but you want to be sure. I have a Gamecube, and some of the old off-brand controllers I already had don’t work on the Wii (but work fine on the Gamecube).
