IMHO one of the best animated shows around. Shakespeare! King Arthur! Star Trek actors doing voices!

Excellent. I hope this gets a region 2 release, Gargoyles was one of my favourites a few years back. I myself have preordered the Ulysses 31 boxset - every episode + extras, for £17.

I pre-ordered mine about a week ago. Sadly, the first season only has about 13 episodes, and the show really hit its stride during the 40-odd shows during season two. And season two won’t even be released unless this one sells well.
Only reason I ordered it so early is because it’s very cheap on [Amazon](http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/B0002W4SY0/qid=1095285341/sr=8-1/ref=pd_ka_1/103-0068398-4266276?v=glance&s=dvd&n=507846) right now.
It’s one of the few provocative American animated dramas. A shame it only lasted two seasons (Goliath Chronicles doesn’t count). Another casualty on the long list of shows that was killed too early.

I was very happy to find this out a little while ago, coincidentally posting how much I desired a DVD release a day after a press release saying it would be coming. I’m awaiting Christmas patiently.
