I dunno, the one the Landlord stuck in the communal hallway almost got me the other day when i came in pissed.

Get a CO2 fire extinguisher with a big nozzle. The next time the mouse shows up, trap him like before, then slide the nozzle in next to him. He’ll run up inside it because it looks like a nice escape hole.

Then turn it down on the floor and give him about a 10 second blast. Voila - an Abomnible Snowrat!
