# Gas Stove - Apartment - Small Dog - Landlord legal responsibility?

Glad to know that it’s been resolved, but I would think that a landlord would want to know about a possible gas leak, since it could potentially lead to his property blowing up. But what do I know - I haven’t rented since 1979…
