# Gastric Bypass Surgery

It messed with my sleep schedule. A lot. It also caused me to have severe mood swings - and I took it to quit smoking, not as an anti-depressant.

Thank you **Crafter\_Man** Honesty is a good policy, and I do have a problem with keeping after myself. I had a fit today and wrote me a little pit thread about lawnmowers. I have been using the last three days to cut back on my smoking getting ready for the Cold Turkey tomorrow. I chain smoked three cigarettes before I calmed down from that. It isn’t the lawnmowers fault, I just couldn’t handle the frustration. BTW I made myself sick doing that too. I actually hate smoking now. I have no idea why I keep puffing on them.

That’s the crazy thing about smoking. I’d absolutely _love_ to have one right now, even though I know it’d taste like ass. Then I’d want another one, and another one, even though I know it’s disgusting. Then sooner or later I’d forget it’s disgusting and it would become delicious. Smoking sucks.

Anyway, just curious to see how you’re doing with the cold turkey, **Qwakkeddup**.

To tell the truth. 2 hours. The cycle continues, I will keep cutting down and every 2-3 days try the cold turkey. Sooner or later it will take. It took a couple of trys before.
