Just cutting in to say, ditto. I do a _lot_ of Roll20 gaming; we mostly use Discord, or occasionally a conference call. Roll20 is amazing for the most part, but the audio and video chat functions _suck_. ---

Okay, I’m going to need some basic instructions here. I’ve never used discord. How do I set up an account? Do I have to install something on my computer? I [found a page](https://discord.com/download) saying I can download for Windows, but when I try it gives me an error message. ---

1. Try “Download for windows” button, get an error message. 2. Try “open Discord in your browser” button, get a screen instructing me on setting up my own discord server. Is that what I want? I thought I had to join **Acsenray** ’s server. ---

What’s the specific error you’re receiving? We might be able to help. With the Browser option - is there a menu option on the top left somewhere that lets you join a server? ---
