LEGALLY a minor (let’s use someone under the age of, say, 16) cannot “agree” to have sex. Doesn’t matter that that 9-year old asked you to put your weewee in her hoohoo, that’s rape and you’re off to jail. And also LEGALLY, an animal can’t give consent. Not a person, understand? Are we done with the idiotic “homosexuality=pederast=bestiality=nun abuser” comparisons? Once both participants are of proper legal age they can pretty much do whatever the fuck they want and unless somebody is being harmed you and I and the goverment can just piss off. ---

If I saw a signed document providing consent, go for it. Once again, all you’re doing is proving the only objection to homosexual sex is that it grosses you out. God, it’s like you’re speaking another language. Consent is a verbal or written agreement to participate in a mutual sexual act in this case. We have decided as a society that people under the age of 18 are incapable of providing it, since they are still in a developmental stage. _If I see consent, all bets are off–do whatever the fuck you want._ The government has no place in people’s sex lives as long as nobody is being hurt, as is the case with gay sex. ---

Regarding your last question, “Yes”. Adults can give informed consent and by and large they are capable of entering into a healthy physical relationship. Kids can utter words like “Yes” and “OK” but they are NOT READY to enter into a physical relationship and doing so will pretty much fuck them up, thus you aren’t allowed to have sex with kids (as much as you seem to think it’s acceptable if you knock 'em up). Protecting kids is the issue and thus the informed consent proviso. If you need further explanation r.e. bestiality we can also discuss why sex with a grain auger is a bad idea. Tell you what, since you list one of your hobbies as “Meeting Women” why don’t you use the child-sex thing as an opening line? I’m sure it’ll be a big hit! ---
