Nope. Alaska had a court case in which the judge found that denying marriage to same-sex couples violated the state constitution but the state constitution was then amended.

Thanks, I missed that part. Apparently, both the Hawaii and Alaska courts have ruled that denying homosexuals the right to marriage was unconstitutional according to the contemporary state constitutions. However, amendments to specifically proscribe gay marriage were quickly proposed and were voted in by the public.
